THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL PIECE, THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THE ONGOING AFTER MIDNIGHT EPSTEIN CONSPIRACY CONVERSATION
The Epstein Files Transparency Act was passed with a clear and narrow purpose: to restore public trust by forcing the federal government to release investigative materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his trafficking operation. The law is explicit. Redactions are permitted only to protect victims or matters of national security. Nothing more.
Yet what the public has received so far directly contradicts both the spirit and the letter of that law.
The vast majority of documents released under the Act are heavily redacted, often to the point of being unreadable. Names, associations, dates, and entire passages have been blacked out. This raises a fundamental question: how does protecting the identities of alleged traffickers, facilitators, or co-conspirators constitute national security? Victim protection is necessary and morally justified. Shielding potential criminals from public accountability is not.
If national security is being invoked to justify these redactions, the government owes the public a clear explanation. Pedophilia, sex trafficking, and the concealment of criminal networks are not self evident matters of national defense. If disclosure would compromise intelligence assets, diplomatic relations, or classified operations, that justification must be articulated, not hidden behind sweeping black ink.
The situation becomes even more troubling when considering recent statements and actions by senior officials.
Attorney General Pam Bondi publicly stated that Epstein files “do not exist.” That claim is directly contradicted by the government’s own released materials. Volume 8 of the Epstein files explicitly references an active 2019 FBI investigation into ten co-conspirators connected to Epstein’s trafficking operation. These references are not speculative; they are documented within the records now available to the public.
At the same time, Kash Patel testified under oath that neither he nor the FBI had any knowledge or reason to believe anyone other than Ghislaine Maxwell was involved with Epstein. That testimony is incompatible with the contents of the released files. If the FBI was actively investigating multiple co-conspirators in 2019, then either that sworn testimony was false, or the Bureau has a far deeper internal accountability problem than it has acknowledged.
Under federal law, perjury occurs when an individual knowingly makes a false statement under oath about a material fact. The standard is not misunderstanding, opinion, or later reinterpretation it is whether the person knew the statement was false at the time it was made and whether that falsehood was relevant to the matter under investigation. Lying under oath, particularly to Congress, is a serious felony punishable by fines and imprisonment. When sworn testimony directly contradicts documented evidence held by the government at the time, accountability is not discretionary; it is the mechanism by which the rule of law is preserved.
Equally concerning is the apparent halt in document releases over the past several weeks. The Transparency Act mandates disclosure. A prolonged pause without explanation raises the possibility that the Department of Justice is no longer acting in compliance with federal law. Failure to continue releasing files, combined with redactions that exceed statutory limits, may itself constitute a violation of the Act.
This is no longer about speculation, conspiracy, or partisan politics. It is about statutory compliance, sworn testimony, and documentary evidence. When public officials make definitive claims that are contradicted by their own agency’s records, the burden shifts to those officials to explain the discrepancy.
Compounding these concerns is the clear hypocrisy in Attorney General Bondi’s public posture. Bondi has repeatedly stated that “no one is above the law,” most notably in reference to the Clintons and alleged attempts to avoid court accountability. Yet those words ring hollow when weighed against her own actions. Failing to continue mandatory disclosures, dismissing the existence of documented files, and allowing unlawful redactions to persist is not the enforcement of law, it is the neglect of it. The principle that no one is above the law must apply equally to political opponents and to those charged with upholding the law themselves.
Transparency under the Epstein Files Transparency Act was not optional. It was the law.
The Epstein case did not end with one man and one accomplice. The files say so themselves.

The Facts:
On September 10th, 2025, Political activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a rooftop shooter during a live debate at Utah Valley University. While it wasn’t immediately confirmed, it is widely believed Kirk died within seconds of being struck. Moments after people began to flee the active shooter scene, a 71-year-old man was arrested on the ground, claiming that he had shot Kirk. It was later revealed that this man, George Zinn, was NOT the shooter. The assassin would be revealed roughly 24 hours later as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who had turned himself in to his father, a former law enforcement officer, before being turned over to authorities. The investigation is currently ongoing as of 09/16/25.
The Background
For those unaware, Kirk, who founded Turning Point USA, made his living as a right-wing, Christian, political activist alongside his talk show, The Charlie Kirk Show, and his widely recognized open forum live debate platform that traveled across the country to college campuses, encouraging political discourse. Kirk was notoriously very heavily right-wing leaning; however, more and more conservatives had begun to question his unrelenting loyalty to the modern-day nation-state of Israel. Something that will come into the conversation as we discuss…
24 Hours Prior (Israel and ignored warnings)
Just 24 hours prior to the incident at Utah Valley University, Charlie Kirk invited fellow right-wing activist Ben Shapiro to join him on The Charlie Kirk Show. Much to the surprise of Kirk’s listeners, Charlie’s conversation for the show revolved around questioning the recent bombing of Qatar as orchestrated by Israel. Other topics of discussion involved Epstein’s potential involvement within the Israeli government and Israel’s political grip on the United States.
Israel
As previously stated, Kirk was known, almost to a comedic extent, online as an avid defender of all things Israel. With increasing questioning of Charlie’s support for the nation state growing among campus discussions, it might not be unrealistic to think some of the points did, in fact, begin to change his mind. The coincidence that Kirk’s last show featured heavy criticism of Israel, their intelligence agencies, and covert work with the US Government seems eerily ominous, knowing he would be assassinated just 24 hours later. Now, the man Kirk had invited on that last program has been understandably very vocal about the situation. Ben Shapiro was a colleague of Kirk, a fellow right-wing activist who made his career focusing on live debate, discussion, and political discourse. Shaperio not only spoke very vocally about how these actions should not silence political discourse, but recently also donated $1 million to Turning Point USA. What seems like a genuine act of kindness to promote the future of discourse has not been taken as such by everyone, however. Almost instantly, the online community jumped to the conclusion that Shapiro may also be using this tragedy to insert himself as the new frontrunner for right-wing political discourse across the nation. Internet theorists have begun speculating that Kirk could have potentially not only been offed by Israel for his recent shift in attitude, but also that the nation state may have inserted Shapiro to ensure they remain in a positive light within conservative media. This, of course, is all THEORY currently.
Twitter Warning
Prior to Kirk’s arrival at Utah Valley University, an X account under the name Omar Najra Galvz began tweeting some cryptic messages in relation to the event. Tweets from this account included “Charlie Kirk is coming to my college tomorrow and I really hope someone evaporates him completely.”, “Let’s just say something big will happen tomorrow.”. Curiously, to our knowlegde, these tweets were never investigated by authorities or Utah Valley University and seemingly went unseen by Kirk and his team. There has been no connection made between the assassin and this account.
A little TOO similar
July 13th, 2024
If we recall back to July 13th, 2024, President Donald Trump was giving a speech in Butler, PA, when a would-be assassin fired off numerous shots from a rooftop in an attempt to end the president’s life. The infamous shot grazed Trump’s ear before he was rushed out by the Secret Service, and the shooter was taken out. But let’s break down the order of events. If you recall, the shooter was not identified until later that evening in fact, multiple posts on social media and news networks began to name suspects who turned out to have no relation to the event at all. The official report claims the shooter made his way onto a slanted rooftop. Despite several attendees notifying local police, nothing was done to investigate the man toting a rifle to a rooftop.
September 10th, 2025
In the case of Charlie Kirk, as we’ve covered, miraculously, no local law enforcement or security noticed a man a mere 200 yards away from Charlie’s booth ascend to a rooftop with his rifle. After the shot rang out, police identified and arrested the wrong suspect. And the most unbelievable, the assassin was able to descend from the roof, leave an active crime scene, and exit the college campus, all with possession of his weapon. The official story reports the weapon being found in the woods nearby, wrapped in a towel. Further reports included the details that the shooter had engraved messages and memes in the casings of his bullets, as well as a manifesto that was shared online but could not be recovered. We’ll get back to that in a moment.
August 27th, 2025
On August 27th, 2025, just weeks before the assassination of Charlie Kirk, 23-year-old Robin Westman opened fire on a Minneapolis church, killing two children and wounding 14 others. The reason for this inclusion boils down to two key factors of this disgusting attack. One day prior to this attack, the killer had posted a detailed manifesto outlining their plan and posted it to YouTube for anyone to see. Nothing was reported. Following the attack, the police disclosed the shooter’s rifle had been covered and etched with messages ranging from “Blackrock” to Russian lettering.
Conclusions
In my opinion, this was NOT a random act of political violence like we’ve been told. The amount of copy and paste tactics, narratives, and plot hole-ridden stories is just too coincidental. The fact that so many similarities are shared between the Trump assassination attempt last year and Kirk’s murder this year, not the least of which being the narrative of a Transgender/Transgender activist, left-wing shooter to push further political divide. I am not denying these shooters have or have not fallen more so on the democratic side of the political spectrum, but I am denying these are random acts of violence that were not influenced or orchestrated by larger entities. To think that a very specific demographic of person, the exact demographic an entirely political party makes an active effort to oppose, wouldn’t be the prime candidate for an organization set on causing political divide via tragedy is laughable. Matthew Crooks, the Trump shooter, just happened to be a Trans supporter who had been publicly educated under the Blackrock Organization, and was able to climb a roof with a rifle and evade security until the shots were fired. The narrative of him being a crazed left-wing maniac was later published. The School shooter we had discussed earlier also had references to Blackrock and other left-leaning ideologies etched into his rifle. Now, Kirk’s assassin was found to have similar messages engraved into his bullet casings? This isn’t Vietnam; no normal citizen is carving messages into their guns. I understand these are not “Normal Citizens” by many means, but what civilian has this thought process? It seems to be a very convenient way of leaving behind enough evidence to “clearly” show each killer’s political party affiliation. It might be one excuse if you take into consideration that these attacks are often looked at as suicide missions, where the killer has no intention of living to serve any form of punishment. However, that doesn’t quite fit the MO of the Kirk assassin. Kirk’s assassin ended up turning himself in. He’s alive and waiting for trial. Now, if someone is going out of their way to inscribe messages into a weapon, you’d imagine it was intended to be seen, no? So, what sense does the official report make that the rifle was found wrapped in a towel in the woods? A wife loses a husband, two kids lose a father, the right loses an activist, and the left loses support? So who benefits from this situation? The Democratic Party gains an excuse to push for gun control, to call their opposition the problem for supporting the 2nd Amendment. The right gains voters, an opprotunity to showcase anyone who opposes them as cold-blooded murderers and the insane. Meanwhile, you and I, the common American citizen, get to watch each other die. We get to watch the media tell us our friends across the aisle are evil and want to kill us. We get to watch the government spend day after day arguing about red vs. blue, making thousands of dollars a day argue while we struggle for food, gas, and rent. Conveniently, while all this chaos was going on and America was in mourning and confusion, Israel got away from criticism by one of their loudest opponents. Conveniently, HOURS after Kirk’s death, the US Government vetoed the release of Jeffrey Epstein’s files…again. I ask you again, who is benefiting? Not You. Not I. This is the latest attempt to insight a political civil war by a group of elite who will willingly throw away countless citizens’ lives to make sure they control the narrative. As much justification there may be to be angry, confused, upset, or vengeful, please realize that is exactly what they want. I cannot confidently tell you who was behind this attack specifically, who knew about it, who let it happen, and why it wasn’t prevented. What I can tell you, however, is that this is not Red vs Blue. This is not Republican vs. Democrat. This is Them vs. Us. Do not fall into the oversimplified trap that this is the work of one party to attack another. Stand united and know that we, not as Republicans, not as democrats, but as Americans, are under attack while the people telling us to side with them keep getting richer off our misery. I encourage everyone to continue open discourse, to continue questioning the narrative, and to continue looking for who is benefiting from your misfortune. I also encourage sharing your thoughts and opinions on this matter! Breaking the news on the final half hour of the WSRR Rebethon, Shayne E. and Style both divulged some very major updates regarding their presence on the station, shows, and more!
The Rebel Radio Show
Shayne E. broke the news that he and his wife will be expecting a baby to kick off the 12th hour of The Rebelthon! First and foremost, we all want to congratulate the happy expecting couple and wish them all the best in the coming months and future! Because of this, Shayne explained that he will be stepping back from his responsibilities as co-host for The Rebel Radio Show to focus on starting his family. Shayne explains that his departure will happen on the last Monday of September 2025, LIVE on air. However, Style followed this news with some of his own. Following Shayne’s departure from weekly radio, The Rebel Radio Show will also be retired. Claiming “The Rebel Radio Show IS the three of us” Style would elaborate that it is not possible and unwanted to continue without such a core element of the show. The countdown to the final Rebel Radio Show begins as we enter August, with two additional detours along the way, with the first two Mondays in September already being scheduled for PreTapes. As we draw closer to the end of September, Listeners are encouraged to submit any topic to The Rebek Radio Show that may not have been covered within the last 6 years. Long-time listeners will know that The Rebel Podcast, the predecessor to The Rebel Radio Show, launched what would become WSRR in 2019 from a simple offshoot podcast. This simple show has grown into the flagship of an entire radio station built on its back. We are beyond grateful for all of the loyal listeners and supporters who have been the backbone of The Rebel Radio Show and WSRR Radio. We are assured that this is not the end, but rather the beginning of a new chapter in WSRR Radio as we continue to grow!
Off Air
In addition to stepping back from his role as Co-Host of The Rebel Radio Show, Shayne will also be stepping back from hosting Off Air. However, as we learned during The Rebelthon, Off Air will continue to air with Jake Underwood taking over as show host from Shayne E. While Shayne expressed his desire for Jake to take over however he’d like and change whatever he would like, Jake reassured listeners he would like to keep the programming true to its roots. Shayne also stressed that because he is stepping back from his host position does not mean he plans to be entirely finished with the show, expressing to Jake and Style he would still love to join in on recordings whenever he is able to. Off Air will continue to run as scheduled and release regularly until 9/2/25 with the original cast featuring specialty programming from The Rebelthon.
After Midnight
With the departure of the live Rebel Radio Show on Monday evenings, this leaves an opening for another Live program to find its weekly home on Monday nights. Style announced during The Rebelthon that since he will no longer be hosting The Rebel Radio Show, he will be bringing After Midnight back to air on Monday nights at 12:05AM Eastern (Technically Tuesday morning). For those unaware, After Midnight is a LIVE radio show where Style directly interacts with listeners via the rebel text line to discuss Conspiracy theories, cryptids, and the paranormal. The show also features select music from local and independent artists to set the score for the late-night, eerie feeling. According to Style, After Midnight should be expected for October 2025, as it will also fill the void of typical Conspiracy Programming. While the show is still a little while away, listeners can already submit conspiracies and stories to 216-859-8699 as well as under the Conspiracy tab in the WSRR Radio Discord.
Other Programming
Style also hinted at other future programming already being in the works, as well, one of which being more frequent morning music broadcasts from Evan “The Pige” Sinarski! WSRR Radio was started in January of 2024 with the intention in mind of reviving true, local radio and giving local and independent artists a platform to get their music on the air without having to deal with corporate mainstream radio monopolies. None of us could have ever imagined how much WSRR would grow in such a short period, and all of it is thanks to our loyal listeners, supporters, and sponsors who keep us and all these incredible local artists on the air.

While we do our best to limit these ads, contractually, we have to play a minimum of 4 minutes in order to keep our licensing. This is a stipulation we have been uneasy about since launch, but have not had a possible way around…Until now.
Because of the support and love that’s been shown by our amazing listeners, supporters, and sponsors, I, Style, have personally invested $3,000 of my own money into WSRR Radio for a new broadcasting contract and license that no longer requires us to play ANY network or unapproved adverts. “Rock The Valley” The two-day music event in West Virginia, may not be the music showcase it has been promoted to be.
“Rock The Valley” is a two-day showcase of rock and metal in New Martinsville, WV. The event, which is set to take place October 4th and 5th 2025, is being held by Charles Morgan Entertainment LLC and is set to feature a collection of artists with a heavy influence of local and independent artists from surrounding areas. WSRR Radio first learned of this event in late 2024 on Facebook, where it has been heavily promoted. In a post looking for local artists who would like to join the two-day lineup, the official WSRR account commented, offering to put the organizers in touch with any local or independent artists we play, as our station covers much of the surrounding area and has worked with many talented artists.
While the initial reaction to this event was overwhelmingly positive, both by up-and-coming artists and residents of the WV area, things slowly began to snowball into a confusing web of unanswered questions. Many comments under the official event page began to shift from support and optimism about the success of the show to questions about full lineups not being announced prior to tickets going on sale, ticket pricing, and missing information about previously advertised bands. While initially advertised and promoted both via Facebook “Artists Announcements” and on official promotional images for the event, it would appear several independent artists are now being left off the bill without compensation, a reason, or even a response as to why they have been removed. In fact, as of the time of writing this article (June 8th, 2025), the headliner for the Sunday night show has yet to be announced despite tickets being sold and the official “Rock The Valley” website stating”Headliner coming on May 31st”. Notable bands that have been previously advertised but are no longer involved in this event include: The Daze, BADE, Black Hole Zion, and Appalachian Hustle.
WSRR Radio has reached out to several of the bands who have been unceremoniously removed from the bill either abruptly or without explanation. The identities of these individuals have been kept anonymous to protect their respective bands’ privacy.

“We have not gotten paid and we were recently removed from the lineup. No response to my emails or DM’s from the festival but I have not caused them any trouble to even warrant this kind of behavior.” … “Also, I will say that I gave him a range of what we had gotten paid for other events. Some were really well paid for us. Then I followed up with “Personally, we would rather help you make this a success and have you ask us back on a regular basis”. I gave him a range of numbers that I thought were fair for a new fest and a band at our level. He followed up with a higher number than what I asked for in the contract. We signed our contract on 12/1 and got communication until 12/23/24. We did not do or say anything negative to or about this guy and the fest. We also did not ask for anything additional.”
“I’ve been watching it like a hawk, they’ve been deleting comments on their Facebook page about the lineup and anything that’s remotely negative about it, I commented genuinely about ten times…and they deleted all of those comments” … “They won’t respond to alot of bands right now, it’s really fucked up what they are doing. If they’re going to kick us off the fuckin’ bill, they could at least tell us”.
Along with these quotes from some of those involved, others have reported not getting paid, contracts being ignored, and having comments removed.
WSRR Radio has also reached out to Charles Morgan Entertainment LLC via the official Rock The Valley Website about the removal of these bands, but as of this article, have received no response.
The purpose of this release is simply to share the accounts and experiences of the talented artists who have been removed from the Rock The Valley Event, had their contracts ignored, or have been unable to contact those in charge to gain clarification. WSRR Radio would also like to extend the offer to ANY artist who was removed from this event without explanation to have their music played on WSRR Radio. We hope this commentary has shed some light and understanding on the events surrounding Rock The Valley and will give the artists involved a louder voice to the injustice they have faced.
WSRR Radio was established on a handful of extremely talented artists that gave us the confidence that we could sustain playing ONLY local and independent musicians. Gavin Michaels, “was born in the pouring rains of Seattle WA, and recently moved to the equally dreary Cleveland OH to bring his signature flavor of emo/pop-punk to the Midwest.” In his own words.
Heavily inspired by the Punk Rock scene, Gavin strives to create shows that are exciting, engaging, and reflect the uniqueness of every particular audience.
Gavin details his days in the Seattle Music Scene below
“In college, I tore up the Seattle music scene with several pop-punk bands, and grew significantly as an artist. When 2020 hit, I took that time to focus inward, and developed my own music. What initially started as indie-acoustic venture, (A Song for the Insecure) eventually grew into to lofi-pop EP (Butterflies), and finally to the powerful pop-rock single Goodnight Seattle! With the return of live music in 2022, I’m focused on making music that’s not only a good listen, but meant to be experienced.”
Gavin Michaels new EP, Along for the Ride, drops May 27th and features three tracks that, “lie somewhere between The Killers, Panic! at the Disco and Green Day.” The EP is set to explore identity, anxiety, and the never-ending struggle to grow as a person.

On January 8th, 2024 StylesRebelRadio.com announced their venture into Radio. The following is a release from Style on the matter.
It has certainly been a hectic 24 hours, and more than that behind the scenes, so I decided I would offer this release to answer some of the questions I have received since the announcement of WSRR Radio.
First and foremost this decision did not come overnight, there were many internal meetings about the next logical steps for StylesRebelRadio.com between all of its members. Over a year ago the initial idea was floated about potentially rehoming The Rebel Radio Show on a new station based on some differing opinions in the direction CBW was headed at the time and some of the moves made with advertising, more on that later. While we tossed around ideas like a Roku Channel, Twitch, or even Another station, what made the most sense at the end of the day was for us to finally double down and make WSRR Radio a reality.
When this decision came about I wanted to ensure this wasn’t going to be the same programming you could find on any dial nor a formatless abyss of music. The initial concept was to stream all of the WSRR Podcasts centralized on one station, an idea which we are still working out a format for. However, as mentioned in the announcement video sometimes you need to go back to your roots. As a show that began on Underground radio, it’s only fitting we come back to finish what we started. Doing The Rock Revival every week on CBW gave me the opportunity to reach out to amazing local and independent artists like Jet Star, Gavin Michales, Year of Octiber, The Daze and so many more. More often than not it was this aspect of the show that kept me excited to get into the studio each week. This is an ideology that quickly showed as well as the level of support and excitement from the listening audience was insurmountable and vocal, to say the least. I’ve always believed the music scene is alive and well despite what you hear on terrestrial radio. The same 5 songs from 30 decades ago should not define Rock Music just as overproduced vulgarity should not define modern pop. It became evident very quickly there was a void in the local, underground, independent music scene in terms of radio that desperately needed to be filled. If anyone was going to do it, it certainly wouldn’t be the place we came from. This was the major driving force behind the decision to format WSRR Radio like we have.
NONE of this is possible without the amazing and talented people who make WSRR a reality with me. Shayne, Julez, Evan, and Jake are all monumental in making this possible. As are the incredible artists I’ve been able to work with to share this amazing body of work with all of you.
A common question I have been asked over the years is about the products we advertised for on The Rebel Radio Show and CBW Radio. To answer this, we have never promoted something we did not believe in. Both Raze Energy and SurfShark VPN were actively used by the members of The Rebel Radio Show, SurfShark is still used on the main WSRR PC in fact. We never promoted Crypto, NFTs, or any other form of digital currency scams or pyramid schemes despite an effort for us to run commercials involving them or promote other shows sponsored by them. We have not and will not compromise our morals for advertising.
In closing, I would like to thank everyone who has listened to The Rebel Radio Show, The Rebel Podcast, or any of our WSRR-produced shows in the past 4 years. You make all of this possible. Thank you to CBW for hosting our program for the past three years, and thank you to all of the amazing artists who are allowing us to broadcast their music worldwide for the betterment of local and independent music. On February 3rd, 2023, a tragic train derailment occurred in East Palestine, Ohio, resulting in extensive property damage and the contamination of the residents homes, local stores, and the cities water system. While accidents like this can occur due to a variety of factors, it is important to acknowledge the role that negligence and lack of safety measures can play in these incidents. In this case, it is reasonable to blame the Norfolk Southern Railway, which operates the train that derailed.
The derailment occurred around 9:30 PM, near the intersection of South Market and Alice Streets. The train, which was traveling eastbound, was carrying hazardous materials, including vinyl chloride and petroleum products. Several of the train cars derailed and caused a significant explosion and fire, which quickly spread to nearby buildings and homes.
According to eyewitnesses, the train was traveling at a high speed at the time of the derailment. This raises concerns about whether the train was being operated safely and whether the railway company had taken appropriate measures to ensure the safety of their workers and the community at large. In addition, it is also being reported that Norfolk Southern has a history of safety violations and previous accidents in the area.
Some local residents are raising questions about the railway’s emergency response procedures. It is reported that the railway company took several days to respond to the incident and provide support to the affected community. This delay in response may have contributed to the severity of the damages and the number of potential casualties.
In the aftermath of the derailment, the local authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, and many are calling for accountability from Norfolk Southern Railway. While it is not yet clear what caused the derailment, it is clear that the railway company has a responsibility to take every possible precaution to ensure the safety of its workers and the surrounding community. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring that its employees are properly trained and equipped to handle hazardous materials, and implementing emergency response plans in the event of an accident.
